Ellis Medicine Walk-In, Urgent, and Emergent Care provides convenient and flexible care when you need it. These options offer a faster, more cost-effective alternative to going to an emergency room (ER) and are also staffed by the same experienced emergency medicine team that you would find in the ER.

Primary I Walk-in Care I Urgent I Emergency

Call your Primary Care: Non-emergency care, such as:

• Flu symptoms
• Tick bites
• Flu shots
• Earaches
• Minor cuts and scrapes
• Urinary tract infections
• Chronic conditions
• Covid-19 evaluation (telemedicine)
• Fever
• Rash

Walk-in Care: Non-emergency care and no scheduled appointment required:

• Minor injuries
• Fever
• Rash
• Sprains and strains

Ellis Medicine FHC Walk-In Care is open Mon-Thur from 8 AM – 5 PM

Urgent Care: Non-emergency symptoms that require care TODAY, such as:

• Minor injuries, lacerations & burns
• Sprains and strains
• Small bone fractures (e.g. fingers or toes)

Ellis Medicine Urgent Care at Mohawk Harbor is open 7 days a week from 9 AM – 7 PM

Emergency Room or Call 911: Any life-threatening illness, symptom, or injury that requires care NOW, such as:

• Severe pain or serious injury
• Sudden weakness or difficulty speaking
• Difficulty breathing
• Uncontrolled bleeding, vominting or diarrhea
• Seizures or loss of consciousness
• Chest and abdominal pain
