Sleep Disorders Center at Ellis no longer seeing patients
As of Friday, June 17, the Sleep Disorders Center at Ellis Medicine has closed, and therefore, is no longer seeing patients.
We sincerely thank you for choosing our practice for your care; it has been a privilege to serve and care for you through the years. Several factors have led to this difficult—but ultimately necessary—decision. Our exhaustive review of Ellis’ Sleep Center services considered a drop in patient demand; a rise remote/digital diagnostic and treatment options; and the fact that there are several other providers in the Capital Region who are available to meet the needs of the community.
The team at our long-standing partners, Schenectady Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates (SPCCA), will continue to treat many of our Sleep Center patients. Click here for the SPCCA website
If you are transitioning care to another provider and require your medical records to be shared with that provider, you will need to complete the required Medical Records Release Form, which can be found on our website here
