Medical Emergency Alert
24-hour Medical Alert Service
Ellis Medicine's Medical Alert Service enables you to continue to live independently in your own home, and provides the peace of mind that you and your loved ones deserve.
Ellis' Medical Alert Service minimizes complications that might arise from your living alone, by making sure that you quickly get help when you need it. This may mean dispatching an ambulance or simply calling a neighbor to look in on you.
How it Works
Ellis' Medical Alert Service gives you - the subscriber - the confidence and freedom to live on your own because there’s always someone standing by to help whenever you need it - 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Whenever you need help, one press of a button on the Medical Alert Monitor activates a small in-home unit called a communicator. It puts you in touch with a caring representative who finds out what kind of help you need.
The Medical Alert Service reprensentative will call one of your friends, neighbors, or relatives - "responders" - who will come to your home to check on you. If more professional help is needed, the Monitor will call for it immediately. And if you press the button and cannot speak, the Medical Alert Service representative knows exactly what to do.
With the Medical Alert Service, your loved ones can rest assured that you are safe, secure and happy in your own home. If you do need help, our representative will call the right kind of help you need. This may mean dispatching an ambulance or simply calling a neighbor to look in on you.
Support With You Wherever You Go
The Medical Alert Service Mobile-Mate gives subscribers the freedom to do the activities they love. The Mobile-Mate uses location-based technology to alert the response center of their whereabouts should an emergency occurs. The Mobile-Mate automatically detects a fall and provides hands-free, two-way voice communication with responders. The Mobile-Mate may be worn or carried and is water resistant.
Wear the Medical Alert Service Pendant
The Medical Alert Service pendant automatically detects falls and alerts a representative of your emergency for quick assistance. The pendant can be worn as a necklace or clipped to a shirt or belt.
Safety, Security and Satisfaction
While people choose the Medical Alert Service for a number of reasons, they remain subscribers largely because of the caring response they get from the Medical Alert Service representatives every time they push their help buttons. Our staff takes the time to learn all about our subscribers. So when a subscriber presses his/her button, the highly trained representative who answers the call, knows the subscriber’s special needs and interests before he/she says a word.
The price of the Medical Alert Service is surprisingly affordable, and there is no need to make a long term commitment.
