Cristine Cioffi, Esq

Ellis Medicine Cristine Cioffi, Esq. is a graduate of Albany Law School and has practiced law in the area of trusts and estates and elder law since 1979. A founding member of Cioffi · Slezak · Wildgrube, P.C., she transitioned to “Of Counsel” to the firm in 2019 and will retire in 2023.

Community volunteerism is an integral part of her life: she has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Ellis Medicine, Schenectady, New York, and continues her service to the Board as it strives for affiliation with St. Peters Health Partners. In addition, she currently chairs the Governance Committee.

Cris helped found The Ellis Hospital Foundation in 1979 and continues to support Ellis Medicine through philanthropy.

Cris is married to John Sharkey. They have two adult children, Sara and Patrick (Lauren Sharkey), and three grandchildren – all of whom live in Niskayuna.
