Ellis Medicine colleagues Brittany Santa Barbara and Ashley Dobbs joined News10 ABC’s Women’s Health Wednesday to discuss the “I Gave Birth” bracelet — a simple yet powerful initiative aimed at raising awareness of postpartum health risks.

The bracelet is offered to new mothers at Bellevue and serves as a visible reminder to both moms and healthcare providers to consider postpartum health risks, which can emerge weeks or even months after delivery. It's a small step with the potential to save lives.
