Ellis Copay Assistance Program (eCAP)

Tuesday, July 15, 2025

Lower Rx costs. Greater peace of mind.

If you're insured but struggling to afford your prescription medications, Ellis Medicine may be able to help. The Ellis Copay Assistance Program (eCAP) helps eligible patients reduce or even eliminate their out-of-pocket costs for prescription drug copays.

How It Works

The program is tailored for insured patients with household incomes up to 400% of the federal poverty level. If you qualify, your prescription copays may be reduced to $0.

  • Applies to prescriptions written from an Ellis location and filled at the Ellis Nott Street Pharmacy
  • Prescriptions must be written by Ellis-affiliated providers
  • No changes to your existing insurance coverage

How to Enroll

Enrollment is fast and easy — it takes about 10 minutes by phone

Call (888) 381-5432

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

A representative will guide you through the enrollment process and let you know if you qualify. If you're eligible, you’ll have 30 days to submit financial documents for up to one year of coverage.
