Ellis Family Room featured on CBS 6 Albany

Ellis Medicine’s Family Room was recently highlighted by CBS 6 Albany for its work supporting the mental health of teens and adolescents in our community. The segment shines a light on the growing need for youth mental health services—and how the Family Room is meeting that need with compassionate and accessible care.

Launched in 2024, The Family Room is a walk-in center offering immediate, in-person support for young people ages 10–17 who are experiencing emotional distress or mental health challenges. No appointment or referral is needed.
