Objective: Ellis Medicine currently operates two Emergency Departments (EDs) located within a few miles of each other on Nott and McClellan Streets in Schenectady. To increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness, Ellis Medicine will centralize all emergency care to at Ellis Hospital (Nott Street) when the entire ED project is completed in January 2015.
