Our primary care practices see patients of all ages and provide a wide range of personalized services rooted in compassionate, community-oriented care. For sick visits to well care, physical exams and immunizations to pediatric or geriatric care, families and individuals can trust Ellis for prompt, attentive primary care.

Need immediate care?

Simply walk in -- no appointment needed. Ellis Medicine Urgent and Emergent care provides flexible care when you need it. Whether you have flu symptoms, a possible broken bone, or simply need blood drawn, we are here to help you get the care you need, when you need it.

Primary Care: Non-emergency care, such as:

• Flu symptoms
• Tick bites
• Flu shots
• Earaches
• Minor cuts and scrapes
• Urinary tract infections

 

Urgent care: Non-emergency symptoms that require care TODAY, such as

• Minor injuries, lacerations & burns
• Fever without a rash
• Sprains and strains
• Vomiting or persistent diarrhea
• Small bone fractures (e.g. fingers or toes)

Ellis Medicine Urgent Care at Mohawk Harbor is open 7 days a week from 9 AM – 7 PM

 

Emergency Room or Call 911: Any life-threatening illness, symptom, or injury that requires care NOW, such as:

• Severe pain or serious injury
• Sudden weakness or difficulty speaking
• Difficulty breathing
• Uncontrolled bleeding
• Seizures or loss of consciousness

All other emergencies The Emergency Room at Ellis Hospital is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

The Ellis Medicine Medical Center of Clifton Park provides convenient access to a variety of services, including 24/7 Emergent Care, Laboratory & Medical Imaging and specialty practices. The all-new Ellis Medicine Urgent & Primary Care at Mohawk Harbor offers access to convenient, high-quality urgent care provided by the same experienced emergency medicine team that you would find in the emergency room. Additional services along with the on-site primary care practice include Laboratory, Medical Imaging (X-rays), and a walk-in blood draw station.
