Try cherry juice or our sleep lab for a better night
Monday, October 30, 2017
According to a new study, insomniacs might get some relief by chugging tart cherry juice. Drinking a couple of glasses of Montmorency tart cherry juice each day helped some people sleep better and longer.
And if tart cherry juice isn't your thing, try The Sleep Study in our sleep lab as part of Ellis Medicine's Sleep Disorders Center. You'll feel like you're in a hotel room and provide data that our clinicians can use to help you sleep better at home.
